This notice explains how Fowler's Fast Fit uses personal information when customers request or receive our mobile vehicle services.

Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, address, postcode, vehicle details, booking information, job notes, inspection results, photographs, payment status and customer signature.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to booking requests, arrange and carry out services, identify vehicles and required work, maintain safety and service records, prepare invoices, record payments, deal with queries or disputes and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful basis
We normally process booking and job information because it is necessary to take steps at your request and provide the requested service. We may also process records to meet legal obligations and for legitimate business interests such as safety, fraud prevention, evidence of completed work and resolving complaints.
Job photographs and signatures
Job photographs may record vehicle condition, locking wheel nuts, jacking points, fitted parts, torque checks, inspections and completed work. Signatures may confirm job completion and payment details. These records are available only to authorised staff and are not used for advertising without separate permission.
Who information is shared with
Information is shared only where needed to operate the service. Our technology providers include Supabase for database and file storage and Vercel for application hosting. We may also share information when required by law, insurers, professional advisers or payment providers. We do not sell customer information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, safety records, customer support and legal or accounting requirements. Different records may have different retention periods. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of information you supplied. Some records may need to be retained where there is a legal or legitimate reason.
